Materials:

Small amount WW yarn (I used Caron Simply Soft Brites in Mango)

size "G" crochet hook

Feathers

Gauge:

Gauge is not important for this project.

Head Band

Ch 5

Row 1: sk first ch, sc in next 4 ch. (4 sc)

Row 2: ch 1, turn, sc in each stitch (4 sc)

Row 3: ch 1, turn, sc in back loop only of each stitch (4 sc)

Repeat Row 2 and 3 until head band is desired length.

Sl st or sc final row to Row 1 to form circle.

Finish off and weave in ends.

Add feathers to band. You may loosely baste feathers to head band with sewing machine for a more permant hold.
